Change of mind returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in as-new, unused condition with original packaging.
Approved returns will incur a restocking fee of up to 20%, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
